Havas has introduced "Converged," an integrated approach for brands, combining data, technology, AI, creativity, media, production, and customer experience.
Speaking at Cannes Lions, CEO Yannick Bolloré highlighted Converged as more than a strategy; it is an operating system with four pillars: Intelligence, Design, Activate, and Measure. Already used by clients like KFC and Harman, it emphasises human-machine partnership.
Bolloré also announced Havas’s increased investment in tech and AI, planning €400m by 2027. Additionally, parent company Vivendi's plan to split will see Havas return to the stock market, enhancing its financial resources and adaptability.
