WPP acquires a minority stake in OH-SO Digital, a new digital agency launching on March 1st. The agency aims to synergise marketing, commerce, and technology for digital product, platform, and software co-creation with clients.
OH-SO Digital, founded by industry veteran Mattes Schrader, features a leadership team with experience from Accenture Interactive, Accenture Song, C3, and Diconium. Schrader led Accenture Interactive/Song in Germany, Switzerland, and Austria until last year.
The agency will initially operate from Hamburg and Prague, with future expansions planned for Berlin and Munich. WPP CEO Mark Read emphasises the strategic role of OH-SO Digital in strengthening client partnerships in Germany, WPP's third largest market.
