Tubi, Fox's ad-supported streaming platform, is set to launch in the UK with over 20,000 films and TV episodes from companies like Disney, Lionsgate, NBCUniversal, and Sony, plus original programming.
Available as a free app on major TV platforms, iOS, Android, and desktops, Tubi uses machine learning for personalised viewing experiences. An ad campaign, "Watch What You Actually Want to Watch", will begin on 15 July.
David Salmon, Tubi's EVP, and CEO Anjali Sud emphasised their commitment to UK audiences. Tubi, the fastest-growing US streaming service with nearly 80 million monthly users, is also available in several other countries.
